1961 SILVERTONE 1474 Tube Amp









1961 silvertone 2- 12 amp model,1474 Sears  Roebuck & co U.S.A all original  100% tubes and all , stored over 25 years , 50 W  old school  very powerfull,   point to point wireing , have spent hours looking for one world wide have not seen an original one that has not been tampered with , also have not seen one in half as good condition , because of its age all sales or trade will be final that being said this amp is for a serious collector . This amp with effects put on it is one of the best sounding amps i have heard- ever. Very similiar to a vintage twin ,  features 10 tubes in all very high grade silvertone tubes 12ax7 / 6cg7/ 12ax7 / 6cg7 / 5u4gb/ 6L6g/6L6g/6L6g/6L6g  / 6Au6 , reverb unhooked works perfect just plugs in , missing 1 piece of wood that goes across the back easy fix, amp is in working order, 3 prong plug on it for saftey but still have org 2 prong . I do no the book value it does not reflect the amps condition and rareity as i have talked with experts on this amp being most likely the only one left on the planet in its condition original.
