1963-64 GIBSON J-45 Acoustic

This cherryburst guitar is in absolute pristine condition. Its never needed or been repaired. A true collector piece. Have the original Gibson tags, alligator case and the original bill of sale. Slope shoulder design with spruce top, mahogany back and sides. Mahogany neck with inbound rosewood fingerboard. Original ceramic adjustable bridge and Klusson strip tuners.Absolutely no fret wear. I just had it professionally set up, and it sounds excellent.

1950 GIBSON J45 Acoustic Guitar

This guitar’s FON is 4443 21. So according to my research, it’s a 1950 model.There have been some repairs done on the back, which you can see in the photos. I’m selling this guitar on behalf of a someone else. Her husband, the previous owner, has passed away and she is ready to sell his music gear. All parts are original with one possible exception: the headstock appears to have been painted on the back (see pic) so it’s difficult to tell whether it’s the original. I love the guitar’s tone. It’s a bit less resonant than I expected, perhaps due to the repairs on the back. This guitar has definitely been played! The finish on the top has been worn down around the pickguard.

1967 GIBSON J-45 Acoustic

Solid spruce top finished in sunburst with a crazed patina that looks just awesome. Solid mahogany back and sides. Mahogany neck with 1 9/16” bone nut. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Truss rod recently replaced and full fret job done. New Kluson tuners. Brazilian rosewood bridge with full height adjustable brass saddle. Barcus Berry passive pickup. Great action and playability - Gibson tone. Lots of scuffs and dings and finish crazing. Includes hard shell case.

1959 GIBSON J-45 Acoustic Guitar

Here is a fantastic 1959 Gibson J45. These guitars are considered the defacto workhorse of vintage acoustics. Used be Dylan, Jim Cuddy and the list goes on and on. Brazilian fingerboard, spruce top, etc ... The guitar is well played and shows it, one crack in the top that has been repair well. Big fat warm Gibson tone with beautifully low action, plays amazing. comes with a non original hard case.
